1. The “Consumption Voucher Spending Rewards” promotion will be held from 16 April 2023 to 25 April 2023 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is for S⁺ REWARDS members only. Each member may redeem one HK$50 Shopping S Coupon and one HK$50 Dining S Coupon only during the whole promotion period and each member can redeem one time. Quota applies on rewards while stock lasts, and the redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice.
3. During the Promotion Period, members are eligible to redeem one HK$50 Shopping S Coupon and one HK$50 Dining S Coupon upon same-day spending of HK$1,000 or above via the 6 stored-value payment tools for distributing Consumption Voucher Scheme (at maximum 2 different merchants and each receipt must be HK$100 or above) at tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk, China Hong Kong City, Gold Coast Piazza, Tsim Sha Tsui Centre & Empire Centre, Island Resort Mall and Sino Plaza and presenting the “Priority Reward Pass” redeemed by the same member in advance. Members who are unable to redeem the “Priority Reward Pass” can also redeem one HK$50 Shopping S Coupon and one HK$50 Dining S Coupon with limited daily quota by presenting the corresponding same-day spending receipts during the Promotion Period.
4. S⁺ REWARDS members may redeem the “Priority Reward Pass” with 2 Points on S⁺ REWARDS App from 11 to 25 April 2023. The reward passes and same-day redemption of Shopping S Coupons and Dinging S Coupons are available in limited quantity and on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
5. Shopping S Coupon and Dining S Coupon can only be used at designated merchants. Please refer to the promotion page on S⁺ REWARDS website for the list of merchants. The list of Designated Merchants may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
6. Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s) and payment slip(s) of the stored-value payment tools/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App in order to join this promotion. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as payment slip(s) of the stored-value payment tools. Splitting payment by different stored-value payment tools and other electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. Staff of the participating malls has the right to make any marks on all receipts used for any redemption and these receipts are not eligible for other offers or redemptions (excluding S⁺ REWARDS point registration and free parking redemption).
7. Members may accumulate and register a maximum of HK$10,000 spending via electronic payment per day.
8. In order to redeem the HK$50 Shopping S Coupon and HK$50 Dining S Coupon, member must present the valid machine-printed receipts and matching original payment stubs of the stored-value payment tools at Concierge before 9pm on 25 April 2023.
9. After redeeming the HK$50 Shopping S Coupon and HK$50 Dining S Coupon successfully, the Shopping S Coupon and Dining S Coupon received will be shown under “Redeemed/Received” row in “My Wallet” section in-App and can be used as cash at designated merchants on or before the expiry date.
10. All HK$50 Shopping S Coupon and HK$50 Dining S Coupon are valid until 31 May 2023. Expired S Coupons will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
11. NO alteration to the receipt(s) is/are allowed once receipt(s) are registered.
12. All receipts for the redemption must be complete original computer-printed receipt(s) without any damage issued by relevant merchant(s) on same day of the registration. Each receipt must clearly show the name of merchant(s) and the date of issue. The following receipt(s) are not acceptable for this promotion, credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s), cash, handwritten, photocopied, casual leasing, bank, estate agent, add-value transactions and charges (including Octopus card, parking, tuition, telephone etc.), clinic(s)/ purchase of tickets, purchase or consumption paid by cash coupon(s)/gift voucher(s)/cake shop coupon(s)/merchant pre-paid cards, and any re-printed computer-printed receipts.
13. All receipt(s) for registration must be verified and validated by staff of the participating malls who has absolute right to reject any receipt if the authenticity of the receipt is in doubt.
14. For instalment payments, the full amount listed on the merchant’s sales receipt will be counted. For deposit payments, the amount spent will be calculated as the down payment paid on that day and not as the total transaction amount.
15. The 6 stored-value payment tools for distributing 2023 Consumption Voucher Scheme include AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Tap & Go, PayMe, BoC Pay and Octopus. We regret that we are unable to accept receipts for transactions paid by cash, gift vouchers or other methods of payment for this promotion.
16. S⁺ REWARDS Points registration and S Coupons are subject to terms and conditions, the details of which can be found in the S⁺ REWARDS Programme Terms and Conditions.
17. All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable.
18. Any S Coupons lost due to deletion of an App account or change of mobile phone number shall not be reissued or compensated.
19. Sino Malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged S Coupons redeemed by members, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of Sino Malls.
20. By participating in the “Consumption Voucher Spending Rewards” promotion, members accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
21. Participating malls and S⁺ REWARDS reserve the right to add, delete and/or vary the details, contents and/or terms and conditions of the promotion/redemption, and/or change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
22. In case of disputes regarding this promotion or any matters incidental thereto, the decision of Sino Malls shall be final and conclusive.
23. The Terms and Conditions herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions herein, the Chinese version shall prevail.
