Earn Points Easily – 3 Ways to Register Your Spending!

Members may earn Points by making an eligible electronic payment of HK$100 or above at designated shops.

Please select one of the following 3 methods to register your eligible spending.

1. Auto Earn Points

Members can enjoy a seamless experience with Auto Earn Points when making purchases at designated shops⁺ using applicable electronic payment methods, or when paying via AlipayHK*.

Upon successful transaction, Points will be credited to the Member’s S⁺ REWARDS account instantly.

 

2. Upload Receipt

Members may register their spending by uploading receipts through any of the following platforms:

  • S⁺ REWARDS App
  • AlipayHK or AlipayCN “S⁺ Rewards” Mini App

Receipts must be uploaded within 14 days from the transaction date.

Upon successful verification, Points will be credited within 7 working days.

Required Receipt Information:
To ensure successful submission, the following information must be clearly displayed on the receipts.

 

A. Sales Receipt

The sales receipt must include:

  • Location
  • Shop Name
  • Receipt Date / Time
  • Spending Amount

B. Payment Receipt

Members may provide either (1) or (2), subject to the payment method used.

(1) Electronic Payment Receipt
Applicable to transactions made via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and EPS.

The receipt must clearly display:

  • Shop Name
  • Your Name
  • Receipt Date
  • Spending amount

Important: For transactions made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Tap & Go, a printed payment receipt issued by the merchant must be provided. Screen captures from these e-wallets will not be accepted.

(2) eWallet Screen Capture

Applicable to transactions made via Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, PayMe, and UnionPay.

The screen capture must include:

  • Shop Name
  • Receipt Date
  • Spending Amount

 

3. Register at Mall Concierge / Customer Service Centre

Members may register their spending^ by presenting:

  • Same-day receipts, or
  • Receipts for transactions conducted after 9:00 p.m. on the previous day
    (Gold Coast Piazza: after 6:00 p.m. on the previous day)

The required receipt information is identical to the requirements listed above, including both the Sales Receipt and Payment Receipt criteria.

Upon successful verification, Points will be credited to the Member’s account immediately.

 

⁺Applicable electronic payment methods are determined by the auto earn Points payment options supported by individual merchants.
*Members using AlipayHK must submit transaction records in the AlipayHK “S⁺ Rewards” Mini App to enjoy Auto Earn Points.
^For merchants not eligible for in-App scanning, registration must be completed within 14 days of the transaction date
