How to apply for S⁺ REWARDS Programme Membership?
You can download and launch the S⁺ REWARDS Mobile App, and then click Register and follow the simple instructions. You can choose to connect with your personal Apple, Facebook or WeChat account, which allows you an express login to the S⁺ REWARDS Mobile App.
How to register?
Enter your mobile number. You will then receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS. Press “resend” if you do not receive it within 60 seconds. Enter your verification code and you will see a welcome message upon successful registration.
How to log in to S⁺ REWARDS Programme?
You can log in to your S⁺ REWARDS account with the S+ REWARDS Mobile App. If you have connected your S+ REWARDS account with your Apple, Facebook or WeChat account, you can enjoy an express login with the related account.

How to update my profile?
Updating mobile no.: If your mobile number has changed, please renew your account at any of our Concierges.
Updating name: The name you used to register cannot be updated.
Updating other personal information: Your profile (excluding mobile number and name) can be updated in the S⁺ REWARDS App “My Account” section.
Handling of inactive account
An S⁺ REWARDS membership account without any recorded activity for a period of 36 months will be closed without notice after all remaining points have expired. You will receive a reminder SMS 1 month before the account closing.

Can I log in my S⁺ REWARDS account on multiple devices?
For security reasons, you cannot log in to the S REWARDS App on multiple devices at the same time. If you log into your account using a second device, the first device will be logged out.
Cannot download or open the App

Please follow these instructions if you cannot download the app:

  • Check your device to see if it supports the version of iOS or Android required for the S REWARDS app.
  • Check the network connection, ensuring that your device is connected to the internet. Reboot your device.
  • Check that your device has more than 100MB of storage available.
  • Make sure the Download Manager is turned on (Android only).


Please follow these instructions if you cannot open the app:

  • Reboot your device.
  • Delete the S REWARDS app and reinstall the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
How can I earn S Points?

You can earn the points from the 4 Sino Malls: tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk and China Hong Kong City. You can earn 1 point for every HK$100 spent. Please refer to S⁺ REWARDS Programme Terms & Conditions for details on sales receipts requirements and transactions that are not eligible for points registration.

Customers with spending between HK$100 and HK$5,000 can scan and submit the original electronic sales receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip within 14 days from the transaction day. Customers can also present the electronic sales receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip to the designated Concierges at the Sino Malls for points registration on the same day of the transaction. Transactions after 9 pm can register points at our Concierges on the next day. If the spending amount exceeds HK$5,000 or the spending is from merchants listed which are not eligible for in-App scanning, please go to our Concierges of the relevant Sino Mall within 14 days from the transaction day for handling. List of merchants accept point registration at the Concierge can be found at the following link: https://www.splusrewards.com.hk/en/merchants/

Eligible points will be added to member′s account within 7 days from the receipt submission date. You may register a maximum of HK$10,000 spending per transaction day. No refund can be made after points registration.

When is the expiry date for S Points?
Points will accumulate over 24-month periods on a rolling basis, with the first 24-month period starting from your date of membership. For all Points accumulated over a 24-month period, these Points will expire in 12 months counting from the last day of the 24-month period. For example, for all Points earned during 24 October 2019 to 23 October 2020, they will expire on 23 October 2021. You will receive a notification 3 months before the point expiry date.
How can I gain Bonus Points?

Profile Completion Bonus: You will receive 2 points once you have completed your profile in the “My Account” section. No point will be given for subsequent profile update.

Referral Bonus:
Both referrers and referees can earn 2 bonus points upon confirmation that the referees have registered for the Programme, and have successfully conducted their first Point registration. Each member can refer a maximum of 30 friends.

Birthday Bonus:
You will receive 5 points at the beginning of the birthday month. No point will be given if you do not input your birthday in your profile.

You can also earn bonus points by taking part in our promotional activities.

What can I do with S Points?
You can use your points to redeem gifts, free parking hours, S Coupons and Joint Mall Rewards on the S⁺ REWARDS App.
What are S Coupons?
S Coupons are a new means of payment that can be used at Sino Malls. You may use the App to redeem S Coupons with your unexpired Points, which can be used in place of cash at participating merchants
How to redeem S Coupons?
You can redeem S Coupons with your unexpired Points on the S⁺ REWARDS App, or simply present your electronic membership card in the S⁺ REWARDS app to the Concierges at the designated mall to redeem your S Coupons. Once redeemed, S Coupons cannot be converted back to Points. S Coupons cannot be converted into or exchanged for cash, nor for other gifts. S Coupon cannot be transferred to other members and non-members.​

You must use your redeemed S Coupons at designated merchants within the specified time period as described in the app. Upon expiry, any remaining S Coupon will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. S Coupons cannot be purchased and are not issued against payment of money.
How to use S Coupons?

To use S Coupons, you can simply follow these simple steps:

  • Inform shop staff at participating merchants that you wish to use S Coupon as your payment method.
  • Log in to your account via the S⁺ REWARDS​ App.
  • Click “My Wallet” and “Use S Coupon”. Select mall, shop, the preferred S Coupon and quantity to be used. Confirm the selected S Coupon and their equivalent value. A unique QR code with your selected S Coupon will be generated.
  • Present the QR code to shop staff at participating merchants to scan, or to be unlocked by entering a passcode. ​
  • After successful authentication, your S Coupon will be deducted immediately from your account and are not refundable. ​
How can I review my S Coupons?
You can view all your available, used, sent and expired S Coupons in the “My Wallet” section of the S⁺ REWARDS App.
S Coupons Usage
A minimum amount of S Coupons with a total value equivalent to not less than $10 must be used in each transaction. Only S Coupon from the same Member can be used in each transaction.
How to redeem rewards?
You can view rewards details in the S⁺ REWARDS app. When you have accumulated the required points, you can redeem the rewards on the S⁺ REWARDS App, or simply present your electronic membership card in the S⁺ REWARDS app to the Concierges at the designated mall to redeem your reward. Once you have confirmed your reward redemption, the system will immediately deduct the relevant points from your account. The application cannot be changed or cancelled. You must collect your reserved rewards at designated locations/merchants within the specified time period as described in the rewards details. Otherwise, the rewards will automatically be forfeited and no points will be refunded. Rewards cannot be transferred to other members and non-members.
Redeem Joint Mall Rewards
Occasionally, you can enjoy special joint-mall rewards. You will receive notifications in your inbox when these rewards are available.
Redeem Free Parking Hours

Members may use unexpired Points to redeem free parking offer, eligible only for private cars parking in Sino Mall car parks with ingress time from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm at Olympian City Carpark from Monday to Sunday, with entry time from 08:00 am to 01:00 am on the following day at tmtplaza Carpark from Monday to Sunday, with entry time from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm at Citywalk Carpark from Monday to Sunday, and available all day from Monday to Sunday at China Hong Kong City Carpark. You must provide vehicle entry record via Octopus card number. The free parking offer will not be available where there is more than one vehicle entry record on the same day on the same Octopus card. Members must use the same Octopus card for carpark entry, redemption of free parking offer, and carpark exit.

Once the free parking offer is redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or transferred. You may only enjoy one redemption of a maximum of two (2) free hours of parking per entry, starting from the vehicle′s ingress time. Parking hours exceeding the hours eligible for free parking offer will be charged according to the stipulated hourly parking rules. When this free parking offer is used in conjunction with parking offers provided under Sino Mall privilege programs, a vehicle may only enjoy a maximum of four (4) free hours of parking per entry. Free parking offer cannot be used in conjunction with other parking offers such as day park, night park, park & ride, park & board, hotel parking coupons, merchant parking offers, and other hourly parking reward program.

How can I review my rewards?
You can view all your redeemed rewards and redemption history in the “My Rewards” section of the S⁺ REWARDS App. You can view your redemption history for up to 1 year.
What is a Badge?
When you have fulfilled specific requirements, you will automatically receive a badge and enjoy special privileges for a designated period of time. You can find out more about badges in “Badges” section.
What is a Pass?
A Pass is a special reward that brings you a host of exclusive privileges at designated malls for a limited time.
What are Social Feeds?

Here are the different types of Social Feeds that you can receive: badges earned by your or your friends, when you and your friends have connected with each other, birthday messages and messages about S⁺ REWARDS Programme, Sino Malls and Merchants.

Only friends with whom you′ve connected can view your feeds. You can connect with friends who have joined the S⁺ Rewards Programme, or invite friends who haven′t joined the S⁺ REWARDS Programme to register in the “Friends” section of the app. Your invited friends will connect with you automatically once they have successfully joined the programme. You will earn 2 bonus points for every referral and after your friend has successfully registered points for the first time.​
