Tourists who spend a designated amount on the same day using electronic payment at participating merchants in designated Sino Malls (maximum of two receipts from different merchants), and present a valid travel document together with their S⁺ REWARDS membership number at the concierge, may redeem the following designated gifts. • Each participant may redeem spending rewards once per day only, subject to daily quotas and availability.
• Electronic payment methods include credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay QuickPass, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Octopus and credit card bonus point redemption. Cash, vouchers or other forms of payment, online spending, instalment payments, or receipts for the purchase or top-up of vouchers, gift cards or stored-value cards are not accepted.
• All S Coupons are subject to an expiry date and relevant terms and conditions, and are valid at designated participating merchants only. Please refer to the S⁺ REWARDS mobile app for the latest list of participating merchants.
• Sino Malls reserve the right to amend the promotion details without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Sino Malls shall be final and binding.

 

1. All gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts, and the promotion will be terminated accordingly without prior notice.
2. Participants must present same-day eligible spending receipts and valid travel documents (excluding HKSAR Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, and British National (Overseas) Passport), and register as S⁺ REWARDS member to redeem the gifts. Members must be aged 11 or above. Participants under 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before providing any personal information to SREAL.
3. Each participant may redeem only one offer per day.
4. Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. Receipts of payment in cash, vouchers or other methods, Gold Saving Club payment and purchase or value-adding of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards are not acceptable for this promotion. Members are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s)/octopus card(s) used for the spending in order to join the promotion. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as electronic payment slip(s). Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. Staff of participating malls has the right to make any marks on all receipts used for any redemption.
5. Each set of eligible sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment receipt can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S⁺ REWARDS Point registration and free parking offers. Members can accumulate and register up to a maximum of HK$10,000 in spending via electronic payments per day. S⁺ REWARDS point registration is subject to terms and conditions, please refer to S⁺ REWARDS website for details.
6. A set of valid receipt(s) must be computer-printed receipt(s) issued by merchant(s) only. Two or more receipts issued by the same merchant will not be accepted.
7. For receipt(s) of deposit payment, only the value of deposit and/ or the actual amount paid will be calculated, excluding outstanding payment, for the purpose of this promotion. Total spending refers to the net spending after deducting any point(s) and discount(s) from credit card, EPS, Octopus card or membership card.
8. Staff of participating malls shall have the right to take electronic copy of each receipt and election payment slip for redemption or participation in promotion activity and keep them for audit purpose.
9. No alteration to the receipt(s) is/are allowed once receipt(s) are registered. All receipts used for registration are NOT eligible for refund from the merchant(s).
10. All gifts are not transferrable, not for sale, not exchangeable for cash and other items, and not for exchange.
11. All S Coupons will be distributed to the member’s “My Wallet” on the mobile app. The S Coupons received will be shown as “Redeemed/Received” in “My Wallet” on the App and can be used as cash at designated merchants. Only S Coupons with the status “Redeemed/Received” can be used.
12. All S Coupons are subject to terms and conditions and are valid for use at designated merchants before expiry. Please refer to the S⁺REWARDS app for the list of merchants. The list of Designated Merchants may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Please refer to “My Wallet” section for more details before using.
13. Sino Malls shall not be liable for any lost, mistakenly used, or damaged gifts, including any such incidents caused by network or telephone failures or problems, technical errors or any other reasons, which shall not be attributable to any fault of Sino Malls.
14. No warranty of whatsoever kind (whether express, implied or statutory) for the reward gifts provided by the suppliers/merchants has been or will be given by Sino Malls who shall also not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the reward in any way (including but not limited to their quality, function, enjoyment, after-sales or repair service, use or any other aspect). Any enquiries, suggestions, complaints or disputes relating thereto should be directed/referred to the relevant suppliers/merchants.
